Hi All,

Just wanted some advice and directions on how to fit new front wheel bearings onto the stub axle for a HZ disc brake. Is it a case of tapping down, or do you have to get them pressed in? I have the outer part of the bearing fitted into the disc, just need to know how to fit the inner part correctly. Thanks

Hi Hzed.

The outer (cup) part of the bearing is the only part that needs any pressing to fit. The inner (cone) part just needs greasing & adjusting properly. Get yourself a workshop manual or ask a mate who knows how to do it.

If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0
