I Have just purchased a LH, there is so much heresay about putting different heads, cranks etc in to give them a little boost, it has a 4 speed in it, I have 186 motors, what is the best way without heaps of dollars to give her a little boost??

This is my opinion. Others will argue. Those with a lot of Holden 6 experience will mostly agree that this will give you a good performer that will be reliable and fairly economical.


Use the 202 or 186, whichever you like. The 202 will develop more

If you are going to do the head you might as well do the black head it has bigger valves and better porting. The injected and cargy heads are the same except you have to block the air feed ports in the carby head. Fuel injection is not that difficult,and
