I know this is a bit different for this forum but it is labelled a holden all the same.What I need to know is are there any aftermarket tuning software available for the rodeo 3.2 litre V6 as it is a little heavy on the fuel and I,m positive that it can be made better.
Any help would be much appreciated

Hi special-k

The main issue with Rodeo fuel consumption is the final drive gearing. These things do 3,000+ RPM @ 100 km/h. They are made for carrying heavy loads in stop/start traffic, not being driven like a Commodore ute. My Commodore ute does 1,800
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0

Thanks for the reply Terry I figured that the gearing might be a part of the problem but ive had VL commodores that run around the 2800rpm @ 100kms and get good economy so I,m still a little sceptical.It is a 2wd so I will try a diff change and see what h
