Hi All, My EA wont start! It was running fine and now it just spins over without any sign of firing. I assume it is electrical as the fuel pump seems to be doing everything it is supposed to. I put a new battery in it two weels ago as it had been sitting unused for a while and the old one had dropped a cell other than that it has been fine with no indication of any problems. any suggestions on where to start looking?

Is it multipoint or single point injection? Coils go bad on these without much warning but they USUALLY stop once warmed up if it's the coil. My EB multipoint stopped a couple of years ago suddenly due to a lack of spark.

Thanks Jim, I have a spare coil on the workbench so I'll start by swapping that over and go from there. Its a centrepoint motor so there are a few less wires to check i suppose.
