Fixing a blue motor for a mate, the thing is quite worked and bored 20thou over, the head has blown and i am wondering exactly what will need to be done to get it working again,
Already have the new gaskets for the entire motor so will replace whats needed, been told the head is not warped so is fine to refit
My question is, what tension do i need to do the bolts upto, will i need to replace the head studs and what sealants will i need to use for the head, water pump, fuel pump and sump.
Any help would be much appreciated
Thanks, Stuart

Im guessing its a 6 dude the head tension and pattern should be on the head gasket packet, but your first tighten will be between 54-68 nm your final tighten will be between 88-102 nm pattern will be (12 8 4 2 5 9 13) front |
