needed - someone that can rechrome plastic!

Have a VT senator rear HSV garnish chrome trim that i need rechromed as part of an insurance job. opps....
anyhow i have sent it to a couple of platers and they have said no cant do it. because from the factory they have a couple of wires sicking out the back they use to connect the cables to. this one doesnt. (its plastic by the way)
HSV dont have anymore so i have no choice but to get one rechromed. Does anyone know somone in SA that can do it? Or any other state i will send it if needed.

Get onto someone who does the car headlight backs.
They can vacform chrome onto just about anything.
I had a Pioneer CD player face done years ago and it comes up a treat.

Another option is the new paint systems that are around these days.
Can get some paints that are a proper mirror finish chrome theses days
