with the high prices GTS guards are getting, who is stamping them these days like that guy in Penrith used to.

there is a body shop in coonabarabran in northern NSW i cant rememeber how to spell that town properly but he owns a body shop and he charges $220 per guard and you cant tell the diferance. i use to have is buisness card but cant find it. im sure you can |

thanks for that guys. it may be better to keep an eye out somewhere for them. at $440 a set and driving from Sydney. it will end up being a $1000 set of guards. its just a fun project. not a full on resto.

Hi opinions vary,I would use those weldins,because they can be fitted to REALLY CLEAN ,RUST FREE gaurds and thats better than paying the massive price for originals that have usually been around a fair bit. BUT this is just MY opinion,If money wasnt an i |

If I had a set of really rusty original gts guards, I would cut out the vents and weld them into better non-gts guards. I was just repeating what I was told that the ones on ebay are not good quality steel, I think maybe thinner. However, if I just wanted

Mrhqute,thanxz for that..thats what im doing now ,cutting out original flutes because the gaurds are crap ,then weld them into good gaurds i just think you get a better quality finished gaurd..cheers
