HQ dash painting tips anyone?I got a really good dash facia from the wreckers and want to know if anyone knows how to paint on the white borders and LIGHTER and LIGHTS words I know this is cheap but its all I can do...cheers for any normal advice..jim

Either buy a roll of thin masking tape (striping tape?) thats designed for the work, you can mask carefully, the right stuff will bend and allow you to mask curves, or find some paint on mask...like a glue of sorts that you pait on, then peel afterwards.

Get a reasonably thin white paint pen, and a steady hand as mentioned, no masking needed. I use the same method to redo the silver on the dash facia on my fairlane, comes up fine if you take it slow.
