I have this search on some other forums and I thought Id try here as well.Its a Flamenco Red sedan with Chamois interior.
My A9X sedan originally came from Dwyer's City Holden in Wollongong.
I have been trying to find out who the purchaser was back in 1978 or there abouts.
They sold two: a Jasmine Yellow sedan and my Flamenco Red sedan.
What I was hoping is that some one may be able to steer me towards any body who may remember who the purchaser was.
I understand the salesmen back then were not all that young so not sure if they would still be about.
I would appreciate any help any one can offer.
I have traced an owner to Sydney and then it went to Canberra.
I am looking for the owner in Canberra who had it as well. He may have lived in the Belconnen area as the car was pinched from outside a pub in Belconnen.
The car was returned and sold.
From there on I have all the previous owners.
Some one has replied to one of the forums and says he knew of a red A9X in Canberra that was owned by a "Tassie" Brown. This was sometime in the mid to late 1980's.
Probably stretching some memories here but I would appreciate any info .
I do have more info on the car when in Belconnen but would prefer not fill in all the details just yet.
