How does one go about having the speedo reading tested, when I'm
doing 60 it seems slightly faster. Would this need to be done at a dyno tuning place.

Yep put it on a dyno or borrow someone's GPS and go for a drive.

grab a gps it will give you the right speed in my car the speedo say 80 the gps say 74 they are orsm you can get cheap ones 180.00
