Hi all - after two years restoring a wb ute with my son finally got it registered - but the drivers window keeps falling out of it tracks - mainly when winding it up or down - I have tried all I can to adjust but it seems the rear bottom roller keeps coming out. How can I fix this problem - would I be better off getting new (repro) window regulators or is it an adjustment problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am at my wits end with it - sick of pulling door trims off etc. Thanks in advance and merry christmas to all

that little bit of frame that the bottom of the glass is in the right spot. it can be too much to one side only by 6mm and the frame will fall out of the rollers. mostly the right one.

Hi Duzty - the rollers are the original ones that came with the ute & would assume they are original (1984).
I assume by you asking that if they are worn this could be the root of my problem and as such I probably should get new rollers - probably easier
