I have just purchased one of those 350 chev / 4 bolt main long engines they have been selling for a while and there is a 3/8 hole in the block on the fuel pump side of the block just above the sump and sits in line with the front of the standard starter motor.What is this used for if anything and can you just block it off with a knock in 3/8 welsh plug or is it threaded
