Having trouble removing front doors from HZ sedan, can someone tell me the easiest way to remove pins please.

1/2 inch open ender works cheap at supa ****s,bunnins etc and get a mate to hold the door

take the top hinge off with the door. leave the bottom one on hard to get the bolts.....

or just take the whole front off |

undo 2 out of the 3 bolts on each hinge (at the door pillar not the door)and loosen the third on the bottom put a tyre under the door then undo the last bolt, half inch spanner.

Or loosen the bolts and get your 7 year old son to take the bolts the rest of the way out for you while you take the weight. It works well if you have a bit of patience and an inqisitive boy to help around the shed.

do yourself a favour. go to your local tool place and buy a set of rachet spanners. get the ring end it and very easy to undo. and blue1avn. thats a great way to teach and spend time with your son

First thing i did when i started my restoration was to go to a tool store and bought a new big spanner set, socket sets, pliers, hammers, screwdriver set, etc etc. When you start a big project the best way to start is with the right tools. Makes it alot |
