whats a good cheap brake upgrade for the old LJ. It's now got to much power for the standards thanks to a supra turbo.

Will HQ uprights & discs go on an LJ? a la L34/ A9X. If so at least it gives vented 11'discs

The LC & LJ brakes can be upgraded to HQ rotors (276mm) and HQ or HX? calipers
by using the drum brake axils from the LC-LJ.
This will change your stud pattern.

If you would like serious stopping power then you could upgrading to
VL turbo disk rot

You can also copy the idea used on the LJ Bathurst XU-1 and use HG front discs and calipers, and HK/T/G rear drums and backing plates. This will maintain your current stud pattern. You would also be wise to use a HG brake booster (with LJ rear rod) and ma
