wanting some advise on want fan set up to use, I have a black modified 3.3 fitted to my FJ but not ready to fire up, the raidiator I have is the FE with a nissan caravan 3 core, now to prevent it from overheating say on a long trip what fan system would be best to use, one in front of the raidiator or the one where it normally goes in front of motor, which would do the better job, the motor I have is brand new so dont want to bugger it. appreciate your help if you can guys, just gotta get it right first time

A single 16" thermo on the front of the radiator works well on mine with no mechanical fan at all. Use a proper thermo switch and the fan will only cut in when its needed.
