I know it sounds like a dumb question but a mate of mine lived there for a while and they removed the LPG kit from his Statesman because Tassie had no LPG at the time. I dont want to "LPG only" my cars if i can't get LPG in TAS. Gary T www.hdhrholden.comwww.oldsmobilesdownunder.com |

yes. you can get LPG. some of the remote areas do not have LPG, but all of the major centres (greater than 5000 people!) have LPG. i think there is an "autogas" pamphlet that shows all LPG outlets produced by BP.. LPG is sold on the West coast too at |

when i was in tassie last year, i did notice alot of bigger servos are now self service with gas. when i was there staying with friends about 10 years ago they didnt know how to put fuel in their cars as everything was drive way service and the shops clos

Tassies had gas for years now, but at its cheapest its still about 20 cents a litre more expensive than here in Melb or Syd for some weird reason. Just be careful about when you choose to go for a long drive, I found out a couple of weeks ago driving from
