Has any one else seen how the high beam fuse seems to heat up and possibly melt the surrounding area on VL commodores And to a lesser extent on VN's. Was wondering what could cause this as I have had to put a seperate fuse holder in my daughters VL Calais and my own VN.

The last time I had a VL I heard that because the VLs had poor std lighting, folks would replace the lamp with something bigger in Watts. With the high output lamps so went the wiring as you'd usually need a bigger fuse! They just melted. Therefore see if

haha, mine did the same thing. But bigger globes and the shit melted together! cut off the lights driving down the freeway at 100 clicks in the pouring rain!
