Can anyone help me with the following numbers on a 4 DOOR HJ monaro that i am gunna buy, i want to make sure its what the owner says, and what these numbers mean.

Its a Sydney build. VIN will be 8Q69TFH86xxxxS. Its a factory 308 and the BODY plate will tell you whether its an M21 or a TH400.
