as title says what is the rating in tightening the bands in a c4? need to get myself a manual but its raining so looks like the shed is the place to be for the weekend

c4 tranny
torque adjusting screw to 14nm, then backoff the adjusting screw one and three quarter turns, tighten locknut.
Reverse is the same except you back off the adjusting screw 3 full turns
