The title says it all, a mates converted his
cortina (pride and joy) to v8 with the standard rad what hoses
should he use

OK what engine did he use Windsor (289/302 or 351) or Cleveland?

If he used a Windsor they had variations with the water pump inlet on one side for XR/XT (drivers side) and on the other (passenger side) for XW/XY.

sorry dudes its a 302 windsor with the water pump on the left side
so I will let my mate know to try the xw/xy ones.

just to let you guys know my mate used a EF/EL top rad hose in reverse
and a cut down HQ 350 chev bottom hose it rubs on the fuel pump
a bit but will be fine hope this can help others if doing this convo
