When i was about 12 i went to Paddys markets and picked up an awesome shirt. Capri GT done in Ed Roth style, waaaaaaaaaay out of proportion, massive motor, tyres, flames from the headers, etc. Word's "Blow Job" across the front...and i was young enough to believe it was all about the supercharger ...haha.

Now though, much as i search, these types seem sadly absent. And that same stall has never appeared in recent years at the markets.

Aside from the drags and car shows, where do you guys get your gear, and is there much of this extremely cartoon-ish stuff about?

Cheers.

Australian car cartoonist Fred Fowler did very similar work, i have one of his magazines called Drag Gags with these type of car drawings using early holdens etc.
