hey yall, i have a t400 that is very slowly leaking out of the changer arm seal. just wondering what is involved in replacing this seal? being in a 98ford transit, it is a straight drop out for the pan,,easy access etc? cheers bcb

Not a job for the inexperienced.
You need a special tool to R & R the seal & you must not scratch the selector shaft, otherwise the seal, wont err!! seal.
Not an expensive job at an automatic repair shop.
