On ebay at the moment, a mate of mine is selling seatbelts for EH through to HQ, http://cgi.ebay.com.au/N...0%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318, but I think his ad is incorrect.

I have a HG van and I took out recently the old seltbelts and they are different from a set of HQ-HZ seatbelts I have.

The differences are the type of buckle and the securing bracket.

Can someone elaborate whether this is the norm or whether the seatbelts are interchangeable for models, EH through to HZ, for originality?

Just looked at his Ebay auction and these belts are Britax manufacture, they are rear not front, and they are for 1972 onwards.
If you look at the female short pieces you will see that the webbing is fixed length and short so has to be rear as front se
