Anyone here using a Ford toploader in a HK ? or got some pics ? Not concered about the x-member side of it, just fitment into the trans tunnel.
Ive always had plans of putting one into mine (6 cyl, opel 4 speed car) but i have a saginaw i thought i might use in the meantime but seems to use it, i need to either weld my saginaw shifter hump in or belt crap out of my floor to make it fit :-(
I have a sneaking suspision that the toploader will need some mods too but i'd really like to see what is needed (maybe welding in the saginaw lump will solve any issue?)
I just dont know, can you help ?
I believe i cannot just modify the sagy's linkages to fit, is this correct ?
