ive been looking for a hz premier or gts 4door for a while and came across this car for sale, im just wondering wether anyone else has heard or knows of one of these cars going up for sale, his the discription given:
This vehicle was originally owned by a GMH executive. As the HZ range was coming to an end, GMH decided to use all of the remaining Statesman and GTS parts on the last few HZ sedans. This is one of those rare factory vehicles as ordered by the executive.
This particular vehicle has a long list of factory extras which include: Statesman wire-spoke wheels; rare two-tone green paintwork; Statesman velour interior including plush-pile carpet also color coded in a unique green; factory green tinted windows; GTS steering wheel and rare wood grain GTS dash, just to name a few.
Standard features include 308 5.0 litre engine with Turbo 350 Transmission and LSD. Minor factory-fitted extras include four wheel disc-brakes; Air-con; Power aerial; electric windows; spare Statesman wire-spoke wheel and power steering.
included with this car is the original motor (needs rebuild) + spares???
any rough idea of a price range, condition is pretty surprising and i would say its 8/10 body wise and very very original???

The thing is the list you have given are all standard options on a Premier.
The wheels are GTS/Premier/Statesman The dash was optional from HK, and Premier are wodgrain surround The cloth trim in Premier and Statesman is royal cord, so the same. GTS

As the others have said, its not that rare. Anyone could have ordered such a car just by ticking the required option boxes when they ordered their car. This doesnt detract from its value, its just so often you hear sellers describe their car as a rare one |
