Hi all,
What's that best way to do a full coolant change in a holden 308 V8?
It's a 308 red motor and I want to get all of the old coolant out (block, intake manifold, heater and radiator) before putting in new coolant. Are there drain plugs in the block, manifold, heater... etc or is there a trick to flushing out the old coolant then replacing it with fresh stuff?
Suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Paul E

You should also inspect the raditor cap and rinse it out, particularly under the rubber flap.It does pay to replace the cap if it is old.A low cost for a major part
