Hey guys,
Just joined the forum and thought id say hi and show you our car.
Its a 1970 Ford GT Capri.
Under the bonnet youll find a 347 stroker windsor.
Its been in the build for the last three and a half years and now we are happy with where its at.
As we are from SA we have no 1/4 mile track and have only run eighth mile track. Our first ever 1/8 mile comp was in October 2008 in Ballarat for the Nostalgia Drags, where we took out first place.
With owner/driver Brent smith in the drivers seat it has run its PB of 6.27@102 MPH.
The car will be taking its first run down the 1/4 this weekend at Heathcote.
