Thought i might share a idea a mate showed me about repairing the chrome on the centre dash of HK Ht HG. What he did was spent $15 at a sign writers and purcahsed some chrome sticker sheet. His dash sides looked great.
I tried it on my faded dash centre and had no succes untill i cleaned off the old chrome and wiped it with a cleaner like grease remover.
Cut the corners neat and looks the part. Cheap way to fix if you not doing the whole ducks guts repo
