If you are adding seatbelt fixing point they will need to be signed off on. Speak to an engineer or an approved installer and they can give you a copy of the seating and occupancy protection guidlines. It shows you how to set them up.

Good luck.

HK seatbelts are bolted to the B pillar if you can call it that as its not really a pillar in a Monaro. The roof has a hook to hang the belt up when not in use.
All this is irrelevant as you are not doing a HK but an American car and ADR5 is all about geometery in relation to the person being restrained.
Bottom line it will only get through if the belts fit ADR5 geometery and have the appropriate reinforcing. Its all about safety and anything else is not in the race.
Call your local RTA and they will have a list of approved engineers that they deal with on a regular basis. The engineers have a big yellow ringbinder with all the government criteria for all aspects of all the ADRs and updates. Get onto one of them as you will need one to get it through.
