Getting back to the gathering of the knobs, I entered back in 89 and 90 in my LC GTR and have never been back since, its kind of like a second gathering place for the Bundy drinkin girlfriend bashing rednecks from the Deni ute muster, it really seems all relative. There is no way I would take my latest Custom there, you would have to be mad. The best thing that could happen to that event is to relocate it to Phillip Island in Victoria and once they are all there knock the f**ken bridge down and leave em there. The knuckle heads can then create an inbred utopia and bask in their own glory. Summernats No-Way.

i went a few years ago and watched as a few yobbos played can the can footy in the top 60 hall. a Over-zealous security guard pushed over my mate. he got up and said watch where your going. the guard turned around grabbed me mate and thru him into a ute. we found him 3 hours later 5kms away. no phone, no wallet and no shoes. they had grabber him 5 held him down and one with a batton bashed in the soles of his feet so he couldnt walk and took eveything else off him. he crawled out and a person who was lost drove past and found him and he called me. lucky i have an easy number to remember. i wont be back. i couldnt belive how many guys were doing burn outs and getting kicked out but Bray and Assblaster and other guys can do what they want and nothing was said. double standard arseholes

Your right I wouldnt take my family to those places you mentioned because I know what is in there, simple,(obviously too simple a concept for you to understand), and I aint a socialist luddite, as I have no desire to close them down like some people on this thread,but neither do I have a desire to go and waste my money there again, but the fact remains, when you go to a car and hotrod event you expect to see , um, well CARS AND f***ING HOTRODS YOU f***ING MORON!!! If you wanna see a bunch of brainless neanderthals just getting a skin full and making a dickhead of themself I can just go to the local pub and watch the monkeyshow down there for a hell of a lot cheaper!!( I live in a very rough area,and the local watering hole is more like a boxing stadium most nights!!), so, If they changed the name to SUMMER NEANDERTHALNATS then at least people would know what to expect, and they could save their money and not have the mistaken beleif that somehow it is a car and hotrod event as advertised!! Mate, come down the Appin Rd to Mt Druitt by the sea, aka The Illawarra, its just like where you live, some parts really nice and some parts get a gun. That sort of behaviour is unfortunately everywhere, someone must have told the world that no one needs to behave and that anything goes... apparently. i live in a rough area too. sometimes i have seen the lawn on some peoples nature strips over 3 inches high. its a total disgrace
