Hey all.
I hear that analog radio will be in Australia soon, it will eventually switch off the analog radio. so that means every radio now will be useless and if you want to listen to radio you have to buy a new one?
Does anyone know if the will be a device that you can connect to your analog radio to play digital signals?
cheers

They said the same thing about AM radio when FM came about in the early 80's.
Sure you cannot get a lot of good music on AM any more but it's still there so my guess is that FM analogue will be around for a while yet. Analogue TV still exists near |

They won't get rid of the analog. They did that with the moblle phones and screwed a lot of people that don't live in urban areas. Digital isn't always better, quite often it's a step back depending where you are.
