VP sedan c pillar garnish removal????

Does anyone know how to remove the plastic cover that covers the jion of the 1/4panel and c pillar on a VP sedan? Mine is leaking water into the boot and i cant seem to get it off.
can they be removed without being damaged or do i have to break it off and put new ones on?
