I need some info about hx utes i wont to improve the suppension in the ute as well as the steering can i replace everything with something from a newer holden? i wont it to feel like a new car?

I would say if you want it that way go ahead and buy a new car. Most of the people that own old cars like them that way as they are a bit more interesting to drive. You can replace suppension parts which will improve the ride and handling, as for the steering unless you want to outlay for an aftermarket front end with rack and peanut steering you are stuck with the steering box.

Have you had the car into a front end and suppension place to have it looked at, you would be suppprised what some new components and a wheel alignment will do.

email Dr Terry from this site, he has written a few things on here before about how to do proper wheel alighnments on these holdens, he will know whats to do to make it steer/ride better
