I couldn't be dead sure what model camira. I just went to a camira wreckers and picked 2 out. ($35 each, bargain) They've got steel shrouds. If you happen to see any airconditioned ones, they have 5 blade fans which would probably be better than mine. If

The WB 4 row has less cores but its bigger, and a crossflow actually cools better than a top to bottom, well in theory anyway. |

gday there, i also have a 454 thats going into my LE monaro. the motor will be running mainly lpg. it has an edelbrock performer and im wondering if i can avoid using a bonnet scoop. my car has factory air con and would the 454 clear the firewall and air

BBC will hit the factory aircon. It will clear everything else though except maybe the fuel pump. You can just squeeze them in with a little grinding using a manual streering box, no chance with a power steering box though. If you modify the aircon box i

cheers sandman,i thought the air con was going to be a minor hassle but its full steam ahead.with regards to the fuel pump i am going electric anyway.i have power steering,are there any clearance issues to the block? with the air cond everyone knows that

i just spoke with an engineer regarding my big block conversion (hx)and he states that wb bracing as well as wb 1 tonner stub axles are mandatory.apparantly they are stronger(nickol content).

gday there,in regards to fitting a big block in my hx does a hei dizzy fit(firewall clearance)? also what seems to be the go for carby size in relation to a mild 454/ t700/ salsbury 3.08. dont see a need for 9 inch at this stage due to not being a total r

How are you going to pass ADR27A compliance with a 454 in a HX? I know it's possible, but not easy. I've looked into it in my HZ Overlander and if I do go that way i'm very lucky as 4WD commercials in early 1978 were not required to comply with ADR27A. Th |

i take on board what you say byron but i dont mistreat my cars and as for compliance i will go down the road of doing it legal. the car will be running mainly lpg so it will be presented as a straight gas car then mabe revert to dual fuel. i knew a guy so

The 6L80-E has only been on the US market since the 04 or 05 model year.
