I am thinking of replacing the 250 pre-crossflow with a later model and T5 gearbox. Is this a difficult swap? Can I go to a fuel injected engine? If so, what about electrics? Computer?

I'd appreciate any advice...

of course you can theres even no reason why you cant run and E series 4l on Gas with jsut an XF distributor no computer no nothing or run it with the EFI and jsut swap all the stuff over
