Basically yes. Some plugs on the harnesses do differ a bit, like the dizzy. Heads are basically the same. Just watch VS series III with 179/195 engine. These are different in a few ways.

I dont think its the heads that are different, but the cam, harness etc.

Crossed wires. I was talking V8. Ive not much idea on V6s. VS on are very different engines though.

I was going to say yes as mentioned if we are talking V8s but if we are talking V6s Ill say not easily but I have seen it allegedly done. I asked the eBay seller how he actually achieved it but he could not say as he bought it that way so it could have been a VS block with a VN number stamped in for all I know.

The biggest hurdle that you have to overcome is that the VN block is taller than the VS block.

This means that after you have bolted the VS heads up the VS manifold will be about 1 inch too narrow for the hybrid engine. If you know a good machinist they could machine up some spacers.

Also the VS V6 has its injectors in the manifold as normal but the supercharged versions have the injectors in the heads presumably because with the supercharger in the way theres no more room on the manifold for the injectors and fuel rail.

Easier to use the VS block too but then you lose your stroker.

If at first you dont succeed then skydiving is not for you.

forged pistons and stainless valves are bloody expensive and unless you are gunna be pumping out some serious ponies its a waste of money. also consider your compression ration for running a blower as it will limmit your intake pressure but you can run water/methanol injection. also v6 supercharged injectors are around 380cc which is a fair bit more then standard injectors. have a look at an after market ECU or piggy back or someone who can re-map correctly.
