I plan on putting in a VL diff into the LX Torana.

I'm after a set of Commo wheels & tyres.

so far I have sourced some 6 inch and 7 inch wheels both with 43 Positive offset.

Is this right? I heard the Commodore had 38P offset.

The wheels are from caryards where they take off the stock wheels and replace them with mags to sell the cars so I'm not sure if later model Commo wheels are the same as VL's etc.

From VT onwards the offset changed, and so did the diameter of the spigot.

Try to get earlier wheels so the weight of the car rests on the centre spigot, not the studs.
