Hi All, I have just changed my Kingy to a disc brake front end but I will be stuffed if I know which hole the push rod from the back of the booster goes to on the brake pedal as there is an upper & lower hole. So if anybody out there has a factory disc braked HT/G could you PLEASE help me out. Cheers, Tony.

It has been a long time since I looked, but I do know that it is the other hole from drum brake on an HT/G set up. Early HK have one hole as they had lever action booster, but second hole is for direct acting booster.

So just use the hole that was not being used before.

A random pick is not a good method, these are brakes we are talking about.

Warren is correct about the 2 holes in the pedal arm. All you need to do is determine which booster type you have, If it is the direct acting push-rod style, you use the lower hole. If it is the type with the relay lever set-up then you use the upper hole.

If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0
