Hi all, Im looking for a stuffed 253 or 308 engine block to make a coffee table out of, can be cracked, bored out to the maximum or seized, i dont really care. Im in the Ballarat area and if some one has one about to go to the tip please reply here or send me an email [email protected]Thanks, Mark

Harvey Norman used to sell these. I remember seeing and old 253 coffee table, and thought "now at last a use for one of these"! What would be really funny, would be if you got an old red 308, decked it and stamped a made up HZ prefix number into it, and then made it into a coffee table. Would be great to see Torana blokes eyes light up when they saw it!

I can also remember seeing one in Harvey Norman thats where i got the idea from.
Haha good idea about restamping it, but wouldnt that be illegal? lol, anyway still looking for a block, anyone?
