Have been building a holden 383 for my WB but now dont know if i should go carby or injected. dont mind running either but have been told that wont be able to hook up emmission control if running carby. but not sure how to hook it up with a 4 barrel throttle body either. any suggestions or ideas which way to go?

Depends on skills and setup. The carby is a (reasonably) simple mechanical setup which can be tuned to give good economy and performance. Fuel injection (esp electronic fuel injection) requires higher fuel pressure, but can give more precise control of air fuel mix at different rpm and throttle settings. But in order to achieve it, EFI uses a bunch of sensors and computer control which can be expensive to fit and maintain.
