Just sent some interesting info from a friend in the states.
maybe some bargains to be had over there!.
1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 LS6 Convertible - Sold for $264,000 versus pre-sale estimate of $500,000 - $700,000. Ray Allen drove this car to 1970 NHRA Super Stock World Championship; purchased for $1,242,000 at Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale in 2006 at height of muscle car market; sale price is 79% lower than purchase price.
