Wanting to store some A/C bits for around 12 months.

Compressor, Condensor coild, thermo, lines and receiver.

Do I need to do anything to ensure theyll work when reinstalled??

I would spray them with WD40 and wrap them in plastic in a dark dry spot off the ground(mice etc).

close and seal the ends off, otherwise it will corrode internally

WANTED:
-2 14 x 9.25 CSA style Centrelines.
-2 x 15 x 8 Dragway centrelines
Old holdens brought on the spot, quick decision, cash paid.

The ends are sealed off.

Mostly worried about the compressor.
