Hi when setting up a kickdown cable does it need to be set to pull out completely or a lesser amount.When you pull it out by hand it feels quite free but gets a bit more resistance for the last 10 millimetres.Any help appreciated,Thanks Mike.

Hi , Ive not done one,but Id say set it up in the middle and adjust after trial. just an opinion...cheers

I set mine so that the slack was just taken out at throttle rest. Seems to work fine.
