hey all
what temp would a v8 308 sit on on the highway and in city traffic in 30 degree+ heat ?
my temp reached a peak of 100C in stop go traffic on a 35 degree day ?

mine gets to 100c, then the thermos kick in and bring it back down to 90c.
DO you have thermos or clutch fan?

I have a clutch fan with a shroud. The V8 stay cool on the freeway when it was 35+ degree it was sitting on 76 degree. Just want to know at what temp is the engine getting over heated and I should pull over and wait for a while.
This was 30 minutes in stop start traffic due to roads the temp went up to 100 degree drop back down to 95 when i got 100 metere of a clear run to the next traffic lights.
