Hi just wondering my starter motor packed it in in my bf xr6 just wondering can you stick a ba starter in them was there any difference between the engines thanks

I'm fairly certain they are the same starter. Why not ring your local sparky or wrecker to confirm before handing over any cash.

I think that you will find that all the 3.2/3.9/4.0 litre engines have the same starter motor and you can even use one off an old 3.3/4.1
