Hi guys. I've got an mock Boss 302 in a 66 Mustang currently having a Holley 650DP atop a Track Boss manifold. The car has been sitting for ages and I recently realised I needed to replace items such as fuel bowl gaskets, float adjustment screws etc. It got me thinking about the compatability of this carby on my motor. Previous to my owning it, the car had been dragged a couple of times and I believe did have a NOS kit at some stage. No doubt the 650 worked well in that set up, probably being most effective at the higher end of the rev range. Given that the car will now mainly only see light weekend duties, is the 650 still appropriate or should I be looking at an alternative? Comments much appreciated.
Cheers
