The advantage of going with larger primaries and exhaust diameter is that youll get better flow up high in the rev range so if its a high revving monster you are using for quarter mile or track use Id go with the biggest. Going with the smallest will give you less flow up top but will maximise your low end torque - good for a streeter. In between will be a nice cruising size - a 2.5" main pipe is a sweet size for a 202.

If its not a race car, dont go for the setup that gives ultimate power at maximum revs. Thats too much of a compromise elsewhere.
I have a nice 202: biggish cam, 10/1 comp, stage 3 head, twin carbs. Ive got Genie extractors that are big but not the biggest, a 2.5 system right through. Single, large straight-through muffler.
Sounds tough as, goes well, all you need.
