Afternoon All,

Is anyone familiar with laws around exhaust exit positions?

I'm keen to set up the ute (1967 XR Falcon) with a side exit exhaust just in front of the rear wheels, with the intent to have it throguh the sill in the style of the kr500 mustangs and the like.

Always open to feedback from those that have experience with this sort of mod too.... ie - it looks great but deafening to live with etc.

Thanks ... Phil

Ok - to close the loop for those interested, I've spent some time with the local NSW RTA engineer today to discuss all raft of changes I'm making, and his feedback on the exhaust was that the exhaust must clear all permanent bodywork and exit rear of any
