VH 6 cyl 5 Speed internal part interchange

Gday Everybody.
I have a factory fitted 5 speed(M76 5 speed, Borg Warner 07) out of a 6cyl VH Commmodore and have been told that the 1st/2nd gear syncro hub assembly is S.N.A.F.U.!
I have looked everywhere(within my realm of contacts) for another and even had the local Holden dealer do an Australin wide search for one, but no luck.
So I was wondering does another gear box have the same part that I could locate and use?
I will be puting a WANTED ad in the for sale section as well.
All assistance will be greatly appreciated.

The Sigma 5 speed was virtually the same box as was the 5 speed fitted to XE and early XF Falcons (not the much stronger T5 in the later XFs)
Maybe that part will interchange out of those boxes.
Vandals and graffiti "artists" do everyone a favour and target parking meters and fixed speed cameras only. |
