looking for a pair of good to reasoable 14 inch 235 or 245 tyres prefrebly in and around the sth east of melbourne thanks

You can still get them new. Don't believe everything the tyre mobs tell you. Sumitomo still make them. Look up someone who sells Sumitomo tyres and they should be able to help you out.
